Do you charge for subscribers?
Every plan includes unlimited sending. Pricing tiers are based on contact count so you can forecast costs, but we do not charge overages if you go slightly above your tier mid-cycle. We will prompt you before upgrading.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing. Cancel anytime from the billing settings and your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.
Does the free plan include automations?
Launch includes three active automation journeys, sign-up forms, and preference centers. Upgrade to Growth for unlimited journeys, advanced reporting, and full storefront integrations.
